Our flagship restaurant, Basil serves an international buffet breakfast each morning and transitions to à la carte dining for lunch and dinner. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ocean, and the open kitchen lets you watch our chefs at work. Signature dishes include wood-fired oven pizzas, Thai classics, and seasonal seafood.

Coconut Club – Beachfront Cafe
Perched directly on the sand, Coconut Club is The Palayana’s newest dining venue. Enjoy fresh juices, light lunches, and artisan cocktails with your toes in the breeze and the Gulf of Thailand as your backdrop. The perfect spot for a lazy afternoon or a sunset aperitif.

Pool Bar

Thaipas – Rooftop Thai Dining
Set atop the resort’s traditional Thai wooden house, Thaipas offers evening dining with panoramic pool and ocean views. The menu features elevated Thai cuisine fragrant curries, fresh seafood, and regional specialties served under the moonlight with a cool coastal breeze.

Beach Barbeque
A Palayana signature experience. Select from premium cuts, fresh-caught seafood, and marinated specialties, all charcoal-grilled to perfection on the beach. The barbecue includes a buffet of fresh salads, appetisers, condiments, and desserts, served with views of the Cha-Am coastline.
